Escalating an Investigation to a Disciplinary Procedure
Handling the Disciplinary Hearing
Arriving at the ‘right’ decision
Fair treatment – Contractual as well as Statutory rights
Assessing and Limiting the risk of Tribunal

However multiple bookings (6 plus) attract a negotiable discount
A VAT invoice will be provided on receipt of payment which is required at least 14 days prior to the date of the training course
