for and followed

if you receive
an Employment
Tribunal claim,
we will work with
you to:
prepare the case and all documentation, including relevant witness statements, which would otherwise involve you in a significant volume of work
work on your behalf towards a withdrawal of the claim, or a negotiated settlement if you so wish (either via ACAS or direct with the Applicant or their representative)
represent you at the hearing, if the claim goes that far.
Our tribunal record is, we believe, second to none. We find it is relatively rare for a case to go as far as a tribunal hearing, and when they do, our record of winning is excellent.
We will also guarantee you against
any tribunal compensation
awards, at a time
when maximum awards
for Unfair Dismissal
are in excess
of £50,000
and awards for
