Dispute Resolution
We can help in dispute resolution on employment matters, whether this is in connection with an individual employee, or a group of employees. We are often called in by clients when an employee, or possibly a group of employees, has raised a formal grievance or a concern that is reasonably complex, or where the implications of resolving it could be wider than originally thought. We are able to carry out an investigation on behalf of the company, which may well involve interviewing a range of employees. We will then review the issues with the client, and submit a report with recommendations. If this involves discussions with employee representative bodies, whether internal, or external such as a trade union, this is all part of the service.

Industrial relations
We are very experienced in preparing for, and taking part in, negotiations with trade unions, whether at local site, union branch or "National" level, or we can conduct them on your behalf. Our experience in industrial relations is a key to obtaining a solution as quickly as possible.

Usually, both these services require one or more visits to your site, and this work is therefore not included in our standard fees - a daily rate is agreed with you for this complex work.
