Although we have an excellent record of providing legally compliant, business focused advice, nevertheless an employee could successfully raise a claim in tribunal or you could be prosecuted under Health & Safety legislation and it is common knowledge that damages awards and legal fees can be prohibitive. In some cases, such awards can seriously damage a company.

We guarantee that our advice will not lead you into a tribunal or a Health and Safety prosecution. If it does, subject to terms, we will, free of any additional charge, prepare your defence, appear for you and pay a compensatory award. The rule is simple – follow our advice!
