Employee's Belief in Copyright Goes 'Copywrong'

An employee who was dismissed for refusing to sign a contract containing a copyright clause has lost her discrimination claim.  She had tried to argue that her belief in copyright amounted to a philosophical belief under the Equality Act, entitling her to protection from discrimination.
