We will carry out noise and dust surveys, local exhaust ventilation surveys and can carry out Asbestos audits and arrange for removal where necessary.
Signage
Regulations require employers to provide specific safety signs whenever there is a risk that cannot be avoided or controlled by other means, e.g. by engineering controls and safe systems of work. For example they require, where necessary, the use of road traffic signs within workplaces to regulate road traffic. The Regulations apply to all places and activities where people are employed.
In conjunction with one of the market leaders in this field, we can provide you with a free, no obligation sign survey, following which we will quote for and then supply signs which are fully legally compliant and robust enough for even the toughest conditions.
First aid
Regulations require that employers provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to enable first aid to be given to employees if they are injured or become ill at work. What is "adequate” will depend on the circumstances in the workplace. This includes whether trained first aiders are needed, what should be included in the first aid box, and if a designated first aid room is needed. We can help employers meet the requirements of the law by assisting with first aid risk assessments, then arranging the supply of suitable first aid kits; as well as the provision of training in first aid by fully-qualified and highly experienced trainers.
Environmental health
Our consultants are fully trained in food hygiene. They are able to advise inns, restaurants and other food-based establishments regarding best practice and HACCP.

This is becoming more of an issue to all of our clients and undoubtedly will assume even more importance in the future. We will visit your premises, carry out an environmental audit and review your documentation, highlighting and commenting on areas which need attention.
In addition, we will offer hands-on guidance and sensible advice to ensure compliance. We will also liaise with the enforcing authorities on your behalf to try to resolve issues speedily and satisfactorily.
The advice we give will be fully guaranteed in line with the other divisions of Lloyds Law, subject to our normal Business Agreement Terms and Conditions.
