Reducing the threat of a tribunal
The likelihood of you facing an employment tribunal is dramatically less than if you were acting without our help. However in the unhappy event that you are subject to an application from an employee or ex-employee to defend your actions at a tribunal, we will support you throughout.
You may require qualified support and perhaps a defence of a tribunal claim outside the terms of any agreement with Lloyds Law. Our Tribunals Service will give you expert and honest feedback on your chances of success and will help you decide how you want a claim to be dealt with and then deal with it on your behalf.
A dedicated Tribunal Consultant will defend the claim leaving you free to concentrate on your business or, should you choose, seek a settlement that is in your best interest. We will keep you updated, represented and supported throughout the process considering always your best commercial interests.
