Tribunal Advocacy and Representation

Should you receive an Employment Tribunal claim, we will work with you to prepare the case and all documentation, work on your behalf towards a withdrawal of the claim or a negotiated settlement if you so wish, or represent you at the hearing. We will also guarantee you against any tribunal awards, at a time when maximum compensation awards for Unfair Dismissal are in excess of £50,000 and awards for discrimination are uncapped. Dispute Resolution / Industrial Relations

We can help in dispute resolution on employment matters, whether this is in connection with an individual employee, or a group of employees. Further we are experienced in preparing and taking part in, or conducting on your behalf, negotiations with trade unions, at local, branch or “National” level. Usually, these services require one or more visits to your site, and this is therefore not included in our standard fees – a daily rate is charged for this complex work.
