BEWARE NOTICES

Lloyds keeps clients well informed about changes in the law, or related issues that could affect them, by means of regular "Beware Notices", typically emailed to named contacts two or three times a month. By this means, clients will learn about proposed and impending changes in employment and health and safety law, and about tribunal and court decisions that have a significant impact on these areas. The Beware Notices usually include guidance on how to minimise the risk of falling foul of the changes, or on what changes might be needed to company documents or practical procedures - which would subsequently be followed up with Lloyds.
