Before joining Lloyds Steven was employed as Risk Management Officer for Holland & Barrett with responsibility for their 200,000 sqft national distribution centre, three office/call-centre sites and some 500 retail outlets nationwide. He has, therefore, particular experience of health and safety issues affecting all aspects of multi-site retailing, distribution and warehousing, including chilled and frozen storage, and supporting office and call-centre operations. Steven also has considerable practical experience of advising on the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act.

Peter is an accomplished Health and Safety Practitioner with over 15 years experience of successfully resolving health and safety problems throughout a wide range of industries (including an RAF engineering career spanning 25 years service) and is a member of the National Association of Steel Stockholders H & S Committee which works in close partnership with the HSE and local authorities. Peter has contributed to the publications ‘Safety in the storage and handling of steel and other metal stock’ HSG246 (published by the HSE) and ‘Safe delivery and unloading of steel products’ (endorsed by the HSE) and published by NASS.

John has 22 years experience in the Operations of Passenger Transport both at a national and international level, the last 4 years being Health & Safety specific with responsibility for multi site inspections and the management of a team of 12 people reporting to him regarding the H & S of the employees (drivers, office workers and engineering staff), vehicles (cars, minibuses and coaches), and sites nationwide.

He is Nebosh NGC qualified and also holds membership of IOSH at technician (TECH) level.
