Alistair graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2005 obtaining a LLB (Hons) in Law with Accounting. He went on to study the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at Bristol, which included Employment Law in Practice. He has worked as a Legal Advisor for the Student Union Law Clinic and advised, among other matters, on Employment Law issues

Tracey is an HR Manager with over 12 years practical hands on experience and is able to take a strategic approach on policies and procedures.  She is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and also completed the Diploma in Management Studies.

Victoria graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 2005 with an LLB Hons degree in Law.  Victoria then went on to complete the LPC at Leeds Metropolitan University, where one of her electives was employment law.

Alex Moyler BEng (Hons) PgDL BVD
Consultant - Tribunal Advocacy

Alex graduated from the University of York in 2004 and went on to study law as a postgraduate student.  During her undergraduate career she was sponsored  by the  BBC and has extensive work experience within a wide range of industries. 

Her previous experience working in the Contracts Team as both Legal Consultant and Client Installation Consultant has given her an excellent working knowledge of employment law, as well as a good understanding of  the commercial needs of our clients.  Alex is well placed to represent our clients at Employment Tribunals, having achieved grades of "Outstanding" for Legal Drafting and Legal Research in her studies, as well as being a finalist in her Law School's Advocacy Competition, sponsored by  25 Bedford Row. 

Alys Cunningham LLB (Hons) LPC
Consultant - Tribunal Advocacy

Alys graduated in law from Coventry University, and then obtained a Legal Practice Certificate with Distinction from Nottingham Law School in 2006, where one of her electives was Employment Law. Alys worked in management for several years before joining Lloyds and previously worked on our Employment Law Helpline, as both a Legal Consultant and Employment Law Specialist. Alys’ previous experience has given her an excellent understanding of the practical application of Employment Law and of our clients commercial needs.

Melanie Robinson LLB (Hons) LPC
Consultant - Tribunal Advocacy

Melanie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2004 with an LLB Hons in Law and went on to complete her LPC at Nottingham Law School. Before joining Lloyds, Melanie gained valuable experience in Employment Law whilst working as a Legal Assistant in Nottingham.
