Lloyds was founded by our Managing Director, John Seigel, in 1998.
Since then, Lloyds has changed from simply providing an employment law guidance service to becoming one of the UK’s leading Employment Law and Health and Safety consultancies serving hundreds of companies in all areas of commerce and industry.
Our ethos is simple: We provide employers with whatever help they need to ensure that all workplace issues are dealt with in a demonstrably fair way and in full compliance with current Employment Law, to ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are made clear and to assist in the implementation of all necessary procedures for full compliance.
Our Consultants are highly qualified, and the company is expanding steadily as the demand for our services grows.
In support of our services, we offer guarantees regarding preparation for and appearance at Employment Tribunals and in the Courts, should clients find themselves subject to litigation arising out of action they have taken following our guidance and help.
Our record both in the resolution of disputes prior to Tribunal, and in the winning of cases that are heard at Tribunal, is second to none and is open to scrutiny.
We do not compete with ACAS or any other service provider on a like for like basis, since our service is unique in terms of professionalism, commercial awareness and dedication to the traditional concept of ‘service’.
Having provided clients with complete Employment Systems and Health and Safety Audits, the Lloyds service moves to its implementation stage for the duration of the agreement. It is during this period that the pro-active support comes into play, and the 24 hour/7 day a week help and guidance service is available for client company’s Authorised Users.
The proper use of the service means that clients can reduce their legal costs to a minimum, remove risk, lower staff turnover, negotiate advantageous terms of employment, re-structure where necessary, ensure safe working conditions and rest safe in the knowledge that whatever the situation, help is at hand. And that help is professional, commercially aware and easily accessed by picking up the telephone or emailing a consultant.
We do not provide a mass of paper and leave clients to "work it out".
We share the problems
and get involved
in solving
them, and
provide peace
of mind by
guaranteeing
our decisions
to include
tribunal costs
and awards.
We look forward
to welcoming
you as a client.
